This position covers a variety of duties including working directly with our doctor and patients as well as administrative tasks.
Specific experience in the healthcare field not required but preferred.
Strong background in customer service experience highly preferred, but will train the right entry-level candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones Scheduling appointments Checking patients in & out Monitoring faxes Collecting payments We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
Strong verbal communication skills Pleasant and clear telephone voice Reliable Comfortable with using a computer Organized, with attention to detail Able to multitask Team-oriented / good interpersonal skills Efficient and friendly At our office, we treat our patients like family and our employees too.
