We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome incoming visitors and employees Answer and manage admin phone line UPS label printing Post office pick-ups as necessary Print checks as needed Enter GHLP payables Receive incoming mail Place orders for miscellaneous office supplies Receive and distribute paychecks and paycheck stubs Enter employee absences into payroll system Assist with onboarding paperwork Help to correct time clock punches Maintain daily employee roster Produce key fobs as needed Record and file credit card transactions/statements Enter pickers' weights Pull misc.
