Pool service technicians, are trained professionals who treat and maintain swimming pool and/or spa water.
You will have an assigned assistant who you will be responsible for managing.
Technicians check and perform maintenance or installation of pumps, chlorinators, heaters, and filtration equipment.
Their duties include cleaning filters, removing debris, and balancing the water.
The most suitable candidate will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, have mechanical abilities to diagnose and repair pumps, filter and miscellaneous pool/spa components and be able to work unsupervised for extended periods.
We will offer training as needed.
Responsibilities:
Driving the company vehicle to customer's location.
Driver courtesy is expected at all times.
Testing water, then adjusting water balance with the appropriate chemicals.
Manage your assistants to apply chemicals to the water in a safe and proper manner.
Manage your assistants to clean swimming pool using the right equipment in the correct way.
Servicing, repairing or replacing all components of a pool or spa system.
Assisting other staff in problem solving and trouble shooting.
Communicating with customers to find resolutions to problems.
Effectively communicates with customers work that was preformed and work that is needed, and when necessary.
Maintain a Team approach when communicating and working with the office personnel and fellow service technicians and assistants.
Maintains personal appearance to promote a professional look and wear the appropriate company uniform.
